Is it necessary to have a company video?

It is not necessary to have a company video. However, this is a powerful tool to share your company culture, vision, mission and goals. You can also introduce the expectations and job requirements of the job role in this video. With this introductory video about your company’s work culture, potential candidates will be more informed in their decision in choosing to join your team. This can help make the job hiring process more efficient.

Please check out our video tutorials to aid you in this process.

What are the differences between a company video and a Lead Generation Video?

Company videos help to display your company’s work environment and working culture. Lead Generation videos on the other hand, is meant to highlight yours or your agency’s skillset as well as the services and products you offer. The Lead Generation videos are meant to educate possible clients on your capabilities and past works.

I have capped my spending to $10, but I am getting about 5 or more leads, is this correct?

Yes, you can cap your spending to $10. Each time you enquire about a lead, $2- $5 will be deducted from your credit. So, if you are looking to spend below $10, you can only enquire about 2-5 leads.

I have received some leads but there are no potential leads, what can I do?

To make sure you fully utilize our lead generation system, be specific about the kind of service you are looking for. This includes giving detailed examples of the requirement and job description you are looking for.

Here are some examples:

  • If you are looking for a web designer, you might want to add these under your job description:
  • Creating Website Design
    Producing Sample Sites
Meeting with Clients to discuss progress of projects
  • Under Specialization, you need to add:
  • Website design
    JavaScript
    Account Management
  • Being specific about the type of talent you want can help you efficiently use the Lead Generation system.

I have bid for a talent/agency but I have not received a response, what can I do?

Bridge does not control the liaising between you and a potential talent/agency. However, in the case a talent/agency is abusing our system, please contact us and we will look into your case.

I noticed someone abusing the system, what can I do?

In your resume, be sure to include your achievements, skills, strengths and experience. Having a resume is an efficient way to outline your skills and experience to potential employers, display the benefits of hiring you, grabbing the attention of employers and potentially securing a job interview.

We highly recommend that you include your resume to make your job searching journey more efficient.

4. Tailor your resume to the position you are applying for

Don’t worry, even without much work experience, you can still create a resume that will gain a potential employer’s attention.

1. Create an executive summary

- Sum up who you are professionally in a few sentences. You can include some of your personality traits, this could include your team spirit, hardworking mentality or your adaptability.

2. Add in your achievements and extra activities

- If you are a fresh grad, you might not have sufficient work experience. Instead, you can supplement your resume with the positions you have taken up in your extra circular activities. You were a member of a photography club? You were the president of a CCA? You spend time giving to charity? Add these details in to give your employer a good gauge of the type of person you are.

3. Take on Internships

What is an advisor?

An advisor is an experienced individual who uses Bridge to educate, share valuable knowledge, and mentor Bridge members on his/her respective industry. (E.g., A retired writer with 20 years of experience, a successful entrepreneur who leveraged off Facebook for his business)

Advisors are required to conduct one-to-one sessions with interested individuals to provide guidance or advice on topics related to their field of work.

Why should you join Bridge as an advisor?

Bridge aids with your legacy planning. When you create content on our platform, you get the chance to strengthen your portfolio and build on your brand, which will help you with lead generation and networking with like-minded individuals in your field.

You also get the chance to advice people on current trends and case studies. Bridge is looking for the most relevant and quality information on the market. As an advisor and someone who is currently practising, you will share knowledge based on real-life experience and case-studies, creating a more relatable and relevant content as compared to textbook-based education program.

The bonus is that you get the opportunity to contribute to the Bridge community while building a passive income stream through this experience.

Who is bridge targeting to be an advisor?

Bridge is looking for a wide scope of people to be their advisors. Some of the main categories we are looking at include:

Accounting and tax for business, Agriculture, Architecture & construction, Business & Management, Business Operations, Career Advice, Creative Arts & Media, Creative professional, Cyber Security, Design, Engineering, Environment, Education, Economics, Financial services, Health & wellness, Hotels & tourism, History, Information Technology, Internet, Investment, Languages & Cultures, Legal, Marine, Mathematics, Military, Oil & Gas, Politics & the modern world, Public service, Sales and marketing, Science, Sports & leisure, Social Media, Software development, Textiles and  Transport.

How will I be paid as an advisor?

You will not be paid for your first session uploaded onto Bridge. However, if your first video gains traction on Bridge, you can then set an hourly rate of your choice. Interested students who wish to use your sessions will pay you according to your rates.

Once your hourly rate has been approved by Bridge will receive a 30% commission on your rate. The commission rate is taken to supplement payments towards PayPal, overseas charges and distribution to channel vendors. Bridge will lower the commission fees, when or if a more affordable payment structure arises.

Advisors who gain a substantial traction will gain the opportunity to create modules for the Bridge community. For this position, you will be required to create a module, or a 6-week program to teach interested Bridge users on your field of expertise.

As an advisor, you will receive 2 main sources of income. The first being from your hourly rate for each of your conducted consultation sessions. The second from Royalties under digital assets. Each time a student pays to view content on your Digital Assets, you will receive a percentage of the amount paid. The percentage of royalties will be confirmed at a later date.

For example, if you charge $100 per hour for your service and you finished a one-hour consultation session on a Tuesday, you will receive $70 in your credit wallet on Wednesday.

For Royalties, when a student spends $7 to watch your digital asset, a certain percentage of this money will be transferred to your credit wallet.

You can proceed to withdraw your money after this. If you are a Singaporean Advisor, you will be paid via Paynow or bank transfer. If you are not from Singapore, you will be paid via bank transfer or Paypal
